NPCData.arc is found in the ObjectData directory and it contains various smaller BCSV files that hold information about the equipment that various NPCs have. One example would be the Toad's pickaxe and starbit items or the Hungry Luma wands. This is somehow linked to the object's obj_arg parameters.
The NPCData files are really simple to use. It supports up to two items per entry.
- mGoods0 and mGoods1: The name of the model file for the first and second items, respectively.
- mGoodsJoint0 and mGoodsJoint1: The joint name to which the new model is attached to.
The first row is used for all undefined obj_arg values. The second row is for obj_arg = 1, the third one for obj_arg = 2 and so on...

Here's an example of Toad holding different gear. The first one is my favorite; looks like Toads are into some Minecraft thing, heh.

That reminds me of the sleeping Pink Toad in Gloomy Galleon Galaxy. Most of the people who played NMG were like "He's doin' the Yellow Toads job!"
