This was parsed from the "SE" list in the file AudioRes\SMR.szs\bstn (using guesswork - as all strings were separated with "."). You can extract SMR.szs be decompressing it using yaz0dec.exe and extracting with baad.exe.
You can play these sounds by replacing strings in boot.dol. Make sure to end the string with hex 00. You can record it in high quality in Dolpihn by going to a quiet area (i.e. the Garage in The Comet Observatory) and choosing "Movie->Dump Audio". But you can't really control the volume, playing time and looping with this method, so a better way to play sounds would be useful.
