Sorry, but I don't think you should be credited for this. These are just unused objects. If these were all custom objects that you made, then I would understand.

these objects are custom, but they are based on used objects, and some of them are based on used object's unused item spawning code

It has a different model and it's always there, no matter if you have already beaten that level.

What is the difference between let's say BlockBrickAssistItem in your patch and the one in game ?
Its a Brick Block rather than an Assist Block
