This object isnt working properly for me. I have 4 enemies and a enemycounter and the enemies are all child objects of the enemy counter. I have the switchdeadon of the enemies at 72 which is the appear id of the warp box. But it doesnt work. The enemies dont show up and the box is already active.

IIRC, EnemyCounter is used to make enemies like tailed Goombas drop Tanooki Leaves or Boomerang Bros. drop Boomerang Flowers.
Alternatively, you can try to add the warp box as a child object to the enemycounter.

Check World S4-6, it actually is used like ExterminationSwitch similar to SMG2, not just for powerups appearing after enemies die.

I wrote a message to you m8. It will work if you set enemycounter arg0 to 4. The arg0 is the amount of enemies.

Warp Boxes don't accept switches. This is a problem with the whole of SM3DL - switches only work on specific objects.
