This is the current level editor by exelix11 for SM3DL editing as of this moment.

It works pretty well, but there's a few things i'd focus on if I were the creator...

-Whitehole renders stuff better, almost nothing is rendered correctly in the 4th Dimension, yet Whitehole is able to view shaders and all that.

-The 3D view is generally not as good as Whitehole. The controls are slippery and the camera is buggy.

-You can't change objects to other objects. This is a feature that you never knew you would miss until you don't have it anymore.

I want to say something to the "worst" problem. You can copy coordinates of other objects and can past these coordinates to the new object, that was created. So this is not a problem.
And the camera view is not so bad. If you hold the wheel on the mouse you can explore the level pretty good

Yes it is. Copying coordinates is a rather annoying and strenous process. Whitehole handeled it a lot better, where you could place objects anywhere.

I wouldn't care as much if you could change objects into other objects, but you can't even do that, or else the game will glitch. So yes, it is a problem, a big one, in fact.

You don't have to copy every x/y/z coordinate! You just have to press with the right button on the properties of the object, press then "copy "position. Then create the new object and just press with a right click on the properties again, just press past coordinates and that's all. This needs just one second!

Also I have been in touch with Exelix and he has fixed the problem. Now you can put an object wherever you want. It will be in the new release
