Sometimes the collision acts weird when two or more faces are close to each other. That's what I found with the old SMG 2.5 bob-omb battlefield model. Make sure the collision is nice and smooth.

So I just came back to this game and I'm still having the collision issue. I tried scaling the model in Sketchup, it's triangulated, and the collision I'm very sure is smooth. I have no idea what's causing the problem.

Here's a video showing what's happening. Sorry it's in terrible quality, but I don't have a 3DS capture card.

Oh, that glitch. It happened to me as well, but afaik it's not known why this happens. I wasn't able to fix my model either.

Well that sucks. I even made an entirely new model and it still happened. Until this can be solved, I've had enough of this game.

Did you resize the model in the level editor to make it appear bigger ingame?

No. I haven't tried it, but if it corrupts collision then I might as well not bother. Have you been able to get a working model? I don't understand how I managed to make one model that works perfectly fine and now I can't replicate it.

So it's already at perfect size when you export the model and load it ingame?

Does anyone know how to get the homebrew launcher on the newest 3DS version? Mine was updated to Ver. 11.4.0-37U and I don't know of a reliable method. I have an old 3DS.

I'm not good at this stuff, but was everything updated for 11.4?

Well I had been using browserhax to use homebrew, and it was patched, so I can't find another method. What do you use to be able to hack 3ds games like SM3DL?

I use OnionFS to patch the game. https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-onionfs-for-ntr-cfw-layeredfs-plugin-fork-that-works-with-any-game.453218/
Unfortunately, it does not seem to patch in new/custom files that normally do not exist in the game.

@SunakazeKun
Have you tried Luma3DS's built in LayeredFS thing? Might allow adding files.
