Smg065: Uninstall Python, PyQt4, and SIP, and use the installers in GC Create. For some reason, that made it work for me.
Found GC. It has Python 3.4.0 and PyQt4.11.4, but this particular version of Python wouldn't install. I got an installer for Python 3.4 (thanks Google) and then used the PyQt4.11.4 provided. The PyQt installer said it was the right version. Sip didn't install, although it's my guess that it shouldn't matter when it comes to this 3rd, NEW error.
I think I'm just gonna save this model import for last and work on other elements of my hack until then.

To solve your :

problem, put your chomp 'spawner' slightly higher and make sure that it lands onto the platform from above. Or set the y-position of the 'spawner' to the same y as the platform/s and should work. Works for me!

The spawner is the chomp itself, not the first path point, right?

Well, the first path point is where the chomp begins to follow your path, so if the chomp is high, but the path low, it might cause the chomp to break, make sure the chomp-spawner and path are at the same height! (on the y axis)

Upload the galaxy's files (and models if you made custom ones) as a .zip on the Kuribo64 uploader, then post the link on here with a description (it saves your personal cloud storage). Don't forget to add a screenshot, although it's not entirely necessary if the Galaxy is complete, and the upload ready. That should be the easiest way to do this, and should be within the thread rules...

How do I edit .bti texture files? I tried using GIMP but it said unknown file format. Also tried Notepad++ but there was lots of black null and that stuff in the file.

I explained the part with the .bti in my tutorial on how to make custom textures but as a quick answer for you now:
You need SZS Explorer there you can open the bti and exract as png or whatever, edit and import it again .

Nope. That doesn't work. First of all, the Penguin Coach detects only the golden shell carried by the penguin students. Plus, the code for all of those things has been removed.

You don't need to touch that, it is stuff that the code uses to define cache heaps for faster loading.

Hey so uh does anybody know how/if I can make it so grabbing the dome pull star in SMG makes it zoom out more? And relating to that, does anybody know how to make it so the pull star's default "location" isn't the origin of the map?

This would be done by activating the flag that controls the appearance right at the beginning of the game. However, we don't exactly know which flag controls this.
