Stick with using blender.
Sketchup is not trash. It's definitely not as good as Blender or Maya but it is usable. Sketchup can be used for making models and blender is for perfecting them.

I get this everytime i start Whitehole. It works by clicking multiple times on OK, but why does this appear?

Also, is it possible to apply memory patches to the main.dol file? I'm searching for a way to test custom stages on Dolphin with the red star and ice patch. I've tried Dolphiilution, but it does not work for some reason.

1. Your OpenGL is outdated so whitehole tries to render code into OpenGL version that doesn't exist on your computer. It should crash, I dunno why it still launches.

2. Yes it's possible, with a hex editor . Don't ask me how, as I don't have IDA Pro to 'decompile' PowerCC code.

3. Dolphinution only patches files and does not do memory patches. (At the time of speaking)

1. Is it possible to port SuperSpinDriverGreen into SMG2

2. If thats possible, can you create clones of SuperSpinDrivers that have different models?

3. If yes, does that mean you could dupe a Goomba and one can be blue like RVLution Wii and the other normal?

Oh, well thats a shame. I'm just trying to clone objects and change their models, e.g. get a blue spin driver model with the exact code as a normal spindriver. Probably impossible, but worth a try. I mean, I do have IDA Pro but my knowledge is not beyond that *yet*. Could make some ASM Hacks, when I learn more.

You can add as many galaxies to a world map as you desire, but you can't assign more than 7 to the world itself. Remember, world map and world isn't always the same.

Could someone give me some help with coverting a model to .bdl, I constantly get an error like this:

1. You didn't texture everything

2. In Blender, you didn't select all and CTRL+J to join then in edit mode: CTRL+T to triangulate!

3. The J3d folder is corrupted, try downloading it again. (And it's better to have obj2bdl in a seperate folder and use cd to the folder and type like so: py obj2bdl.py input.obj output.bdl (And no, you can't convert bdl to obj)

4. Or I'm not sure but the vertex colours are messed up. Maybe you didn't bake it?

5. Send me your model and I will convert it for you if it still doesn't work. (Might not work for me too... But send it anyways!)

You don't need to bake the vertex colors if you painted them on there with the Vertex Paintbrush.
Baking to vertex colors is for using the lamps & such. (HtW used the lamp method. You can also just use the paintbrushes as well.)

I've gotten my object to convert to .bdl, the problem was with the textures being .png, but now when adding the object to whitehole, the viewer freezes.

BDL Size: 1.29mb

The one I converted for you. :* Try placing the object in whitehole without it being in objectdata. Just type name of object in whitehole and move cube where you want. Unfortunately this does mean you can't see what your placing unless you go ingame

Btw I think you also need a CollisionVersion file which is .txt that has 1.0 in it. But remove .txt after editing!

But I didn't encode my arc and it works fine in the game. No collision errors nothing.
