i doubt there was meant to be a different ending.

however, a slider related to snow and peach was probably planned in tall trunk, but scrapped early on.

The green launch star path is still in the game, but the function to assign it is lost. The colors are enumerated as -1 = blue, 0 = green and 1 = pink.

Bowl-shaped areas are still in SMG2 but unused. For that, set AreaShapeNo to 4.

RollingWater will remove the cloud and bee power-ups if the player collides with it, however, this is unseen for the cloud flower power-up; RollingWater and SpinCloudItem don't appear in the same level.

Are the above 4 smg 1 or 2?

If 1, then maybe the TripodBossStepStart was for the unused Megaleg setup. If 2 maybe something related with the 3d smg1 Megaleg in smg2?
