Im not sure why it freezes. It would be better to look at the level and see if there's anything wrong than speculate, i just cant find anything myself.

I did use the add path feature of Whitehole v1.4 if that causes infinite loops.

Thanks! and yeah it needs better cameras, it's a difficult taks, but i'll look into it

And I suppose fog could clear up the background changes?

Im really confused. Is this object even used? I looked at grandmaster and freezey flake and I cant find a BGMChangeArea anywhere so I have no idea how it works.

Does BGMFadeArea work the same way?

I'm just still really confused. Do I open StageBGMInfo with a msbt editor or what? And I dont even know how to edit it. Not to mention I wouldn't know what songs are being defined.

Sorry if I sound clueless, but that's because I am. This is extremely confusing.

BGMVolumefadearea works...but it only fades the volume while your within the area, it doesnt actually change the song. I have obj arg 2 set to 4 but it wont switch to changebgmidname3

Even tried using bgmchangearea on top of bgmvolumefadearea and it simply doesnt work...



(The settings i put in for BGMChangeArea are the exact same settings i put in for bgmvolumefadearea)

Am i doing something wrong? The sound cuts off for a brief second but the music does not change.

Umm what? Define the music?
How do I even do that? The music is always predetermined.

How would I do that? There's nothing here involving "defining" the music

IT's grandmaster there's already multiple slots for songs but bgmvolumefadearea/changebgmarea still dont work!

Are you deliberately trying to be as vague as you can be?? What are entries? I really dont know what any of this stuff is. I don't edit bcsvs. I added the picture so you might direct me as to what i'm supposed to do but you're still being vague.

I have already changed the "entries" to what songs I want in the Galaxy. BGMVolumefadearea just wont switch to the song on changebgmidname3 for some reason, the song stays the same

Again, all the songs I want for the galaxy are in the stagebgminfo, the changebgm areas just arent working for some reason

Umm nevermind, I got the BGmchangearea working. But it only works on the first star I have seperate bgmchangeareas on the comet mission (to switch to different music on the comet) but they dont work even though im giving them the exact same properties as the working bgmchangeareas on star 1 minus the changebgmidname value difference

Ok, so can i just change the comet to a normal mission and it will work?

But i still want daredevil and a time limit. Is there really no possible way to make this work on a comet?

This didn't work when I tried it for NMG. I think you'll have to look at Grandmaster Galaxy.
Well it's definitely possible.

He means the music changes. The timed daredevil is most definitely possible.
